Eligibility Criteria of Infosys Foundation STEM Stars Scholarship Program 2025–26
To apply for the Infosys Foundation STEM Stars Scholarship, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:
- Must be Indian female students.
- Must have completed Class 12.
- Must be enrolled in the first year of a STEM-related undergraduate course at a NIRF-accredited institution.
- Students in 2nd year of B.Arch or integrated/dual degree programs can also apply.
- Annual family income must not exceed ₹8,00,000.
- Girls joining engineering or medical programs in government colleges (even if not NIRF-ranked) are also eligible.
Scholarship Benefits
Selected students will receive:
- Up to ₹1,00,000 per year for the duration of their course (maximum of 4 years).

- Passport-size photograph
- Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
- CET/JEE/NEET scorecard (whichever applicable)
- Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.)
- Proof of admission (fee receipt, ID card, or admission letter)
- Family income proof (Govt. certificate/BPL card/Ayushman Bharat card)
- Last 6 months’ electricity bills
- Receipts for academic expenses (fees, books, hostel, etc.)
- Bank account details (passbook/cancelled cheque)
