MTCP Scholarship 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To apply you must meet the following requirements
- Be a citizen of a developing country recognized by Malaysia
- Be under 45 years old at the time of application
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least Second Class Upper Honours or CGPA 3.50
- Have good English proficiency
- IELTS Minimum 6.0
- TOEFL iBT Minimum 60
- OR previous degree completed in English
- Be medically fit
- Be committed to contributing to your home country’s development
