The Bihar School Examination Board BSEB is releasing the OFSS Bihar 1st Merit List 2025 for Intermediate 11th class admission for the academic session 2025 to 2027. Through the Online Facilitation System for Students OFSS, students can now check their selection status and download the Intimation Letter online.

What is OFSS Bihar ?
OFSS Online Facilitation System for Students is a digital admission platform developed by BSEB to streamline the admission process for Intermediate or 11th class in schools and colleges across Bihar. It allows students to apply and get selected for admission into plus two institutions without visiting multiple campuses.

Follow these steps to download your selection status and intimation letter
- Visit the official website www.ofssbihar.net
- Click on Download Intimation Letter 2025
- Enter your Application Reference Number or Barcode Number and Mobile Number
- Fill in the Captcha Code shown on the screen
- Click on Print to download and save your Intimation Letter

- School Leaving Certificate SLC

How is the OFSS Merit List Prepared
The OFSS software processes applications based on the following criteria
- Number of available seats in the selected faculty or institution
- Student preferences filled in the Common Application Form CAF
- 10th class percentage or marks
- Reservation criteria as per Bihar Government rules
- Priority to students applying for their own parent institution if applicable
