One-Time Registration (OTR)प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। छात्रों को OTR, NSP वेब पोर्टल (https://scholarships.gov.in)) और NSP मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से प्राप्त करना होगा। OTR प्राप्त करने के बाद, छात्रों को PMS-SC छात्रवृत्ति के लिए केवल State Scholarship Portal (हर-छात्रवृत्ति) पर आवेदन करना होगा। छात्रवृत्ति के लिए NSP पोर्टल पर आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, क्योंकि NSP पोर्टल का उपयोग केवल OTR प्राप्त करने के लिए किया जाना है।
