For the academic year 2025 to 2026, the scholarships are available for:

  • Bachelors Degree Programs 3 to 6 years

Eligible disciplines include Architecture, Visual Arts, Romanian Culture, Journalism, Political and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, Education Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Technical Studies, Oil and Gas, Agricultural Sciences, and Veterinary Medicine. Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy are excluded.

Scholarship Benefits

The Romania Government Scholarship is a fully funded package and provides the following support:

  • Hold Romanian language certificates or documents proving at least four years of education in Romanian
  • Pass the Romanian language test or hold a B1 level certificate
